Dog walking: * Dog’s age, breed, size, and temperament. * Behaviour around people and other dogs. * Health conditions, allergies, and medications. * Walking preferences and emergency contact. * Arrange a meet-and-greet first. Pet taxi: * Pick-up and drop-off locations and times. * Pet’s size and travel behaviour. * Safe restraints or crate requirements. * Vet details and emergency contact. Pet sitting: * Feeding, toilet, exercise, and medication routines. * Number and type of pets. * House rules and access instructions. * Emergency contacts and vet details. * Meet the pets and inspect the environment beforehand.
Dog Walks: 30 minute to an hour walk and 10 minutes roughly settling them. Pet Taxi: The length it takes to put them in the car and to the location, as well as any length needed once at destination. Pet Sitting: The length you require.
I call you first, will discuss with you about taking the pet to the vet. If needed there is a small charge for me to take them.

I have 2 of my own, so just calm and patient. If the dog is to anxious for a walk i'll happily just walk dog up and down the street or play with dog for the time needed.
Keys will be on me till i dont need them, will place at location you have told me to put them at.
Will happily reschedule, and refund. Only if i have been given 24 hours notice.
