What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

i’d need to know temperate of the dog, the age and size and if they are good with other dogs and good on the lead

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

a 20-30 minute walk and alot of games of fetch and ball!!

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

call you asap and call/get straight to a vet!

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Hannah’s dog walking accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Hannah’s dog walking cancels, you're always refunded in full.
