What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

name, age, breed, size any medical conditions/allergies behaviour/temperament Any specific routines, preferences or things you want me to know that could affect their safety or my safety walking them?

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

30 minutes/60 minutes plus extra time settling them back in

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I will prioritise their safety, contact you immediately and follow your emergency instructions. If urgent veterinary attention is required, I will take them to your nominated or the nearest vet.

How many pets are in your care at once?

One.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Paws by Desi accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Paws by Desi cancels, you're always refunded in full.
