What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I’d like to know about your pet’s personality, routine, exercise needs, diet, medications, any medical conditions or behavioural concerns, and anything else that will help me provide the best care.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I’ll spend the full booked time with your pet, whether that’s walking, playing, feeding or simply keeping them company.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Your pet’s safety is my priority. With my veterinary nursing experience, I’m confident recognising signs of illness or injury and providing appropriate first aid. I’ll contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if required.
Where will you take my pet?
Wherever you’d prefer! I can take them on local walks, to nearby parks, around your neighbourhood or to their favourite spots.
How many pets are in your care at once?
I find one to two pets is the most suitable number, allowing me to give each pet plenty of attention and care.
How and when will you update me during the booking?
I’ll let you know when walks or visits begin and finish, and send regular photos and updates. For pet sitting, I’ll also keep you updated throughout the booking so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Summer accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Summer cancels, you're always refunded in full.
