Your card is held, not charged. The Paw Club has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.
I like to know their age, temperament, daily routine, feeding schedule, medical conditions, medications, allergies, behaviour around other animals and people, and any special care instructions. This helps me make sure I can provide safe and personalised care.
I make sure each visit includes enough time for feeding, fresh water, playtime, affection, toilet breaks and a walk if required. Depending on the booking, I can usually spend around 30–60 minutes per visit, and I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s routine and needs.
Your pet’s safety is my priority. I would contact you immediately, assess the situation and follow your instructions. If urgent veterinary attention is needed, I would take your pet to your preferred vet or the nearest emergency clinic. My previous veterinary experience also helps me stay calm and recognise when a pet may need professional attention.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once The Paw Club accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If The Paw Club cancels, you're always refunded in full.
