What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Age, temperament, how they behave around other dogs/ people/ loud noises. Whether they have a tendency to run away or if they can go off leash. How long they usually walk for and their health. And a list of emergency contacts.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
Happy to spend up to an hour + collecting the dog for walks!
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I will call you first and then any emergency contacts you give me I.e. preferred vet.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Walk! accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Walk! cancels, you're always refunded in full.
