What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I’d like to know their age, temperament, energy level, and how they are around other dogs and people. It’s also important to know about any medical conditions, medications, special needs, feeding routines, and anything that may make them anxious or uncomfortable and will help me give them the best care possible.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
If your pet becomes unwell or is injured while in my care, their safety and wellbeing will always be my first priority. I will contact you immediately and keep you updated on the situation. If urgent veterinary care is needed, I will happily take your pet to your preferred vet where possible, or the nearest veterinary clinic (of your preference) I will always follow your emergency instructions and provide care calmly and responsibly until you can take over.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once 4 Paws Care accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If 4 Paws Care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
