How does BamChi Protection work?

Your money is held, not handed over. When the business accepts, your card is charged and BamChi holds the money. The business is paid 24 hours after the visit completes, not before.

If the visit doesn't happen. No-show, or a service that wasn't delivered as booked: you're refunded up to what you paid, to your original payment method.

Every visit, on the record. GPS-stamped check-in and check-out, photo updates while the service runs, and a visit report you keep. Reviews come only from completed bookings.

Something not right? Report it from the booking within 14 days. The business's payout stays on hold while we look at it, usually within 1–2 business days.

What it doesn't cover. Anything arranged or paid outside BamChi, and anything beyond the amount you paid for the booking.
