I’d like to know your pet’s age, personality, routine, medical needs, medications, allergies, and behaviour around other dogs and people.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I’ll spend the agreed booking time giving your pet personalised attention, whether it’s a 30-minute walk, feeding, playtime, or companionship at home.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I’ll contact you immediately and follow your instructions. If urgent care is needed, I’ll contact your nominated vet or an emergency vet to ensure your pet gets the care they need.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once A. Paws & Co. accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If A. Paws & Co. cancels, you're always refunded in full.
