What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

before accepting a booking I would like to know if they are aggressive in anyway for example if they don’t like to be touched in a certain place and anything else you may think I’d need to know about your pet!

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

As much time as needed

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I will call you first and if you don’t answer I will take your pet to the vets and send a message to advise you on what’s happening

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Aliesha’s pet care accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Aliesha’s pet care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
