Depending on what the animal requires I can offer a 30 minute to 1 hour walk, alongside this I can also offer enrichment activities at home such as playing with toys and spending time with your animal for however long is required!
If your pet becomes sick or hurt I will assess the situation and if urgent I would call the emergency veterinary clinic. If the situation is not urgent my first point of contact would be you, I would ask what you would like for me to do eg: call a vet, just allow your pet to rest at home etc. In the event that I am unable to contact you immediately and the situation is not urgent I would leave you a message of some description before ensuring your animal is safe at home and resting. I would stay with the animal for several hours to monitor the situation and ensure that they are safe and ok and that a vet is not required.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Animals and Alice accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Animals and Alice cancels, you're always refunded in full.
