What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I’d like to know a little about your pet’s age, temperament, usual routine, exercise needs and any medical or behavioural considerations. It’s also helpful to know how they interact with other dogs and people so I can make sure they’re comfortable and safe in my care.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I’ll spend the full booked time with your pet, making sure they receive plenty of exercise, attention and enrichment. I will ensure to tailor each visit to their individual routine and needs.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. If I notice anything concerning, I’ll assess the situation and keep you informed. For minor concerns, I’ll contact you and follow your preferences. If your pet needs urgent care, I won’t delay getting them veterinary attention and will contact you as soon as possible. I’ll always treat your pet with the same care and attention I would want for my own.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Annie’s Dog Co accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Annie’s Dog Co cancels, you're always refunded in full.
