Before accepting a booking with Armani Private Luxe, I like to get to know every dog individually to ensure their safety, comfort and happiness while in my care. I’ll ask for information such as your dog’s name, breed, age, size, vaccination status, medical conditions, allergies or medications, as well as your vet and emergency contact details. I’ll also want to understand their personality and behaviour, including how they interact with other dogs, people and children, any fears, triggers or reactivity they may have, and whether they pull, jump or try to escape. I’ll ask about their usual walking routine, energy levels, preferred equipment, treats, water and any specific needs they may have. Finally, I’ll collect your pickup and drop-off details, home access instructions and emergency preferences, so I can provide a safe, personalised and professional experience tailored specifically to your dog. 🐾✨
Every booking is personalised to your dog’s individual needs they include a 5 minute settling in time so your dog can become more comfortable with me and feel relaxed before we head out. Our standard walks range from 30–60 minutes, with extended 90-minute private adventures available upon request. We focus on quality time rather than simply covering distance, allowing your dog plenty of time to explore, exercise, sniff and enjoy their walk at a comfortable pace. 🐾✨
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Armani Private Luxe accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Armani Private Luxe cancels, you're always refunded in full.
