What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I like to know their routine, temperament, medical needs, time-alone limits and how they are with other dogs and people.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I stay for the full booked visit, with enough time for feeding, toileting, walks, company and settling them before I leave.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I’ll contact you immediately. If it’s urgent, I’ll arrange veterinary care straight away and keep you updated throughout.

Cancellation policy
Strict
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Ash & Hound accepts: Cancel up to 7 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 7 days and 50% is refunded; inside 2 days nothing is refunded. If Ash & Hound cancels, you're always refunded in full.
