What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I would notify you immediately and visit a vet.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Ashleigh’s pet sitting services accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Ashleigh’s pet sitting services cancels, you're always refunded in full.
