Health and safety - Any medical conditions, allergies or injuries? - Are they taking any medication? - Are their vaccinations up to date? - Vet’s name, phone number and address - Emergency contact if the owner cannot be reached 4. Daily routine - What food do they eat, and how much? - What time do they eat? - How often do they need toilet breaks? - How much exercise and walking do they need? - Where do they sleep? - Any commands, habits or training rules? 5. What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
If a dog gets sick or hurt while in my care, I’ll contact the owner immediately and seek veterinary help if needed. The dog’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. 🐶❤️
