What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

• if your dog is reactive or not to people or dogs. • if your dog is on any medication/s • if your dog gets scared easily at certain things when outside. • if your dog requires more time outside depending on dog breed.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

• 1-2 hours playing outside • 10-15 minutes to settle back in

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

• i will immediately call you. • if in serious condition, i will contact you and i will take your dog to the nearest vet.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Audrey accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Audrey cancels, you're always refunded in full.
