What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Age, temperament, how they are with other dogs and if they need a long walk

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

30 minute + walk and if they need a settle in then im happy to do that too

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I will call you first, then the vet. And if I cant reach you then I will send an email or message

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Bark and Bloom accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Bark and Bloom cancels, you're always refunded in full.
