If your pet becomes unwell, I’ll contact you straight away and follow your instructions. If I’m unable to reach you and it’s an emergency, I’ll seek appropriate veterinary care and keep you updated throughout.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Bea’s Dog Walking & Sitting accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Bea’s Dog Walking & Sitting cancels, you're always refunded in full.
