Hello, I’m Christina. I work from home and live with my beautiful dog Bella, who is very much part of my everyday life. I’ve always loved animals, had dogs all my life from Jack Russel to Labrador and Border Collies. I’m especially drawn to creating a calm, comfortable environment where they can settle in and feel at home. I’m quite attentive to individual personalities and routines, so I prefer keeping care small and personal rather than having lots of animals at once. For daycare, my aim is simply to offer the kind of care I’d want for Bella myself - safe, relaxed, affectionate and with plenty of updates so you know how your pet is doing.

Your card is held, not charged. Bella’s Day Club has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.

I’d love to know a little about their personality and usual routine - their age, temperament, energy level, feeding and toilet habits, any medication or health needs, and anything that makes them nervous or uncomfortable. I’d also like to know how they are with other dogs, as Bella will be at home too and we love to go to near by park to meet other furry friends. Any quirks, favourite things or little routines are always helpful - the more I know, the easier it is to help them settle in.
For daycare, I’ll be home with your pet for the majority of their stay - I work from home, so they’ll have plenty of company throughout the day, alongside play, rest, toilet breaks and walks where appropriate.
I’ll contact you straight away if I notice anything concerning and follow any emergency instructions you’ve provided. I’ll also make sure I have your usual vet and emergency contact details before their stay. If something needs urgent attention and I can’t reach you, I’ll take them to the nearest appropriate vet or emergency clinic and continue trying to contact you. Their safety will always come first.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Bella’s Day Club accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If Bella’s Day Club cancels, you're always refunded in full.
