Your card is held, not charged. Big Dog Things has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Big Dog Things only after the visit is done.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Big Dog Things accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Big Dog Things cancels, you're always refunded in full.
