30 minute to an hour walk depending on the dogs needs and a 5-10 minute settle down when back home.
If your dog gets sick or hurt while they’re with me, I’ll keep them calm and safe and call you straight away. If they need urgent care, I’ll take them to the nearest emergency vet and keep you updated. Before our first walk, I’ll ask for your vet’s details, a backup contact, and anything I should know about your dog’s health.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Care by Claire accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Care by Claire cancels, you're always refunded in full.
