Your card is held, not charged. Celeste’s dog walking has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.

I’m happy to walk as long as they need or to give them some affection and spend some time with them

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Celeste’s dog walking accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Celeste’s dog walking cancels, you're always refunded in full.
