Your card is held, not charged. Charlie and Claudia has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Charlie and Claudia only after the visit is done.

I would need to know their age, breed, personality, feeding routine, exercise needs, medication requirements, allergies, any behavioural issues, and whether they get along with other animals or people. I’d also want emergency contact and vet details.
I would spend the full agreed visit time with your pet, giving them attention, exercise, food/water and any other care they need.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Charlie and Claudia accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Charlie and Claudia cancels, you're always refunded in full.
