I have always been caring for dogs and cats. My landlady had a dog Honey, and I always used to dog sit her for a year. I have learnt how to walk, feed and make animals feel loved always . I love cuddling, walking, feeding and spending time with them. I support them, care for them and make sure they feel safe comfortable and enjoy their time with me.

What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

I would like to know if they have any history of violence or abuse, and also their medical history. I would also request the owners information, for any case of emergency.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

I am open for 30 min to 1 hour walks. I can pet sit for as long as the owner needs, I would be comfortable doing 4-5 hours generally.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I would immediately call the owner and inform about the same and ask for guidance. Also if it is a bigger emergency I would take them to the nearest vet.

Where will you take my pet?

Nearest vet for anything urgent, otherwise inform the owner and ask them for next action.

How many pets are in your care at once?

How and when will you update me during the booking?

I will update immediately, and request any suggestions and support instantly.

Do you offer a meet and greet before the first booking?

Yes I would love to know the dog and the pet owner.

How do you handle anxious, reactive or shy pets?

I give them space and make them comfortable. I ensure I hand them treats and make them comfy with me, while slowly interacting and building trust.

How do you handle keys and access to my home?

I would ask for keys and passcode whenever required. I would arrive 10 minutes before time for smooth handover of any keys if required.

What happens if you can't make a booking?

I would cancel 24 hours prior, and also suggest another alternative for the situation if needed.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Chay's Cuddle Crew accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Chay's Cuddle Crew cancels, you're always refunded in full.
