Your card is held, not charged. Chelsea has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.

I will give you a call, and if you have a preferred vet I will take them there. If not I will look for the closest vet and send them there.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Chelsea accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Chelsea cancels, you're always refunded in full.
