Hi! 🐶 I’m a huge dog lover and have always loved spending time with dogs. Back in New Zealand, I regularly did dog walks for clients and also looked after dogs while I was living in Amsterdam. Now that I’m living in Melbourne, I’m looking to meet some lovely local pups for regular walks and a bit of a puppy fix! 🐾 I’m reliable, caring and genuinely enjoy getting out for a walk and giving dogs some attention, exercise and company. What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I’d love to know their age, personality and temperament, any medical needs or medications, how they are around other dogs and people, and anything else that helps me give them the best possible care.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
For walks, I’ll spend the full booked time with your dog, with the majority of that time out walking and getting plenty of exercise and attention. I’m also happy to spend a little extra time settling them back in before I leave.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Your pet’s safety is my priority. If they become unwell or injured, I’ll contact you straight away and follow your preferred emergency instructions, including contacting your vet if needed. I’ll keep you updated throughout

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once City tails accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If City tails cancels, you're always refunded in full.
