Your card is held, not charged. Cleo dog walking has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.

It’s up to you I can do from 20 minutes to 1 and a half hours.
I will immediately contact the owner and depending on severity then a vet.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Cleo dog walking accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Cleo dog walking cancels, you're always refunded in full.
