What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
age, temperament, any medication, how they are with other animals, routines I need to follow, and specifics
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I would spend as much time as possible and only leaves for food or for other errands if staying overnight but if I’m only taking care of your furbaby for the day then I’m happy to spend all day!
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I’ll call you first or leave a message if you don’t answer then take your furbaby to the vet asap.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once cozy tails accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If cozy tails cancels, you're always refunded in full.
