What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Before accepting a booking, I would want to know about the pet’s behaviour and personality, including any behavioural issues, triggers or things they may be uncomfortable with. I would also ask about their walking habits, how they interact with other dogs and people, and whether they have any fears or anxieties. I would also need to know about their feeding routine, medication or special requirements, emergency contact details, and anything else that would help me provide the best and safest care for them.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
30-60 minute walk. You tell me how long you want
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
If a pet became sick or injured while in my care, I would stay calm and assess the situation first. I would contact the owner straight away and follow any instructions they have provided. If it was an emergency, I would take the pet to the nearest appropriate vet as quickly as possible and keep the owner updated throughout.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Crystals dog walking and play accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Crystals dog walking and play cancels, you're always refunded in full.
