Cancellation policy

Moderate

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once davidthepetsitter accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If davidthepetsitter cancels, you're always refunded in full.
