What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Let me know if they aren't house-trained, if they have allergies, if they are on meds, or on any food diet, and if they have separation anxiety. If they do its not a problem at all, but I need to know to ensure they have a nice and safe stay.

Cancellation policy

Moderate

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Delphine accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If Delphine cancels, you're always refunded in full.
