I’d love to know your dog’s age, breed, personality, usual walking routine and how they behave around other dogs and people. Please also share any medical conditions, allergies, medications or special needs so I can give them the safest and most comfortable care possible.
Your dog will receive the full booked walking time, plus a few extra minutes before and after to help them feel comfortable, refresh their water and settle them safely at home. I’ll also send you a photo and a little update from our walk. 🐾
Your pet’s safety will always come first. I’ll contact you immediately, follow your instructions and, if urgent, take them to your nominated vet or the nearest emergency clinic. I’ll remain with them and keep you updated throughout the situation.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Diamond care accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Diamond care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
