I love giving them attention, playing with them, going for walks and making sure they feel safe, happy and loved while they’re in my care.

Your card is held, not charged. Dog sitter has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Dog sitter only after the visit is done.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Dog sitter accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Dog sitter cancels, you're always refunded in full.
