Any recommendations on how far they would like the run or any medical conditions I should be away of.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
2 hours maximum of a walk / run
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Call the owner asap! If the owner doesn’t pick up try and take the pet back home but if owner is unavailable take to the nearest vet. But prefer to ask what vet the owner goes to before the walk.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Dog walker accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Dog walker cancels, you're always refunded in full.
