What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Basic information: age, breed and size. Personality: temperament, energy levels, fears, triggers, and any signs of anxiety or aggression. Health: medical conditions, allergies, injuries and medications. Behavior: how they behave around strangers, children, other animals, traffic, etc. Daily routine and care instructions if needed Booking details: dates, times, location.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
Dog walking: 1. Standard walk: 30 minutes - comfortable neighborhood walk with time to explore and exercise. 2. Extended walk: 45 minutes - more exercise, exploration, and playtime for active dogs Pet-sitting visit options: 1. Quick check-in: 20 minutes - feeding, fresh water, toilet break, and a brief well-being check. 2. Standard visit: 30 minutes - feeding, fresh water, toilet break, and playtime. 3. Extended visit: 45-60 minutes - feeding and routine care with plenty of okay, affection and company.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
1. Assess the situation: check for bleeding, breathing problems, vomiting, difficulty walking, unusual behavior or signs of pain. 2. Contact owner immediately: explain what happened and follow their instructions. 3. Seek veterinary care: for severe injury or situation call or go directly to nearest vet and seek help.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Dog Walker / Pet-Sitter accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Dog Walker / Pet-Sitter cancels, you're always refunded in full.
