What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I would contact you (the owner) straight away to let you know what has happened. If it were serious or urgent, I would take the dog to the nearest vet immediately.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once dog walking accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If dog walking cancels, you're always refunded in full.
