What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
For cats: basic temperament, daily routines, daily food and any other particular requirements (night time routines, playing, etc.) For dogs: training history and basic trained skills, walking requirements and temperament on and off the lead (quality of recall, etc.), eating habits and behaviours (resource guarding, etc.), daily routines and feeding For both: any favourite toys, how they like to be pet, favourite treats or other character quirks :)
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
A 30-60 minute walk and 10-15 minutes to settle back in. Pet sitting: typically the required time frame (days), a 30-60 minute walk a day and wind down time in the evening (as I do work another job).
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I have cared for pets when they have been ill previously, I would contact you first to explain symptoms and how your pet is doing. I would then require the contact details of your regular vet to take your pet to if required/ upon your approval (given the potential fees).

Cancellation policy

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once King Dog Walking accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If King Dog Walking cancels, you're always refunded in full.
