What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

If possible, I’d love to know a little more about your pet’s personality, preferences, and habits. For example, what they enjoy, what they don’t like, and anything I should know to help them feel comfortable and happy. 🐶🐱❤️

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

It’s completely up to you — you can book me whenever you feel I’m the right person to look after your pet! 🐾❤️

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

If the pet becomes sick or injured while in my care, I would stay calm, assess the situation, contact the owner immediately, and follow their instructions. If it’s an emergency, I would take the pet to the nearest vet as quickly as possible and keep the owner updated throughout.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Duyzz accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Duyzz cancels, you're always refunded in full.
