Before caring for your pet, I’ll need to know a little about them! This includes their age, breed, personality, feeding routine, any medical conditions or medications, allergies, special needs and anything else that will help me make sure they feel safe, comfortable and well cared for. The more I know, the better!
I’ll always take the time to help your pet settle in and feel comfortable, especially during our first visit. Every pet is different, so I’ll adjust the time and attention to suit their individual needs, allowing plenty of time for cuddles, play, walks and care without making them feel rushed. My priority is making sure they feel safe, happy and relaxed while you’re away.
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. If your pet becomes unwell or injured while in my care, I’ll contact you immediately and follow your instructions. If urgent veterinary attention is needed, I’ll arrange to have them seen as soon as possible and keep you updated every step of the way.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Eb-solutely Pawsome Pet Services accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Eb-solutely Pawsome Pet Services cancels, you're always refunded in full.
