We are pre-tested by our own professional chaos monster: Robbie, a 2-year-old Rottweiler/Doberman mix who is 50% wiggle and 100% zoomies. Handling his big-dog energy means we’re totally equipped for strong, bouncy pets who need safe control and serious play. Beyond Robbie, we’ve loved dogs and cats our whole lives. We’re equally comfortable managing high-energy workouts or providing gentle TLC for senior pets—including strict meds, joint-friendly strolls, and quiet lap snuggles. How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
30 minute to 1 hour walk, plus 10 mins to settle in after. We can also pet sit at your home :)
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
We will notify you first immediately. We can also contact an emergency contact you nominate. We will ensure to take your pet to your vet should this be required.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Ebony and Jan’s Wolf Pack accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Ebony and Jan’s Wolf Pack cancels, you're always refunded in full.
