Questions Ella has answered
What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I'd like to know their age, personality, daily routine, feeding requirements, any medical conditions or medications, and whether they have any behavioural concerns, I'd also like to know how they get along with other animals and people, as well as any special needs or preferences they have!!
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I'll dedicate the agreed visit time to giving your pet attention, care and companionship, This includes following their usual routine, providing food and fresh water if needed, playtime, walks where appropriate, and making sure they're comfortable and settled before I leave!!
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Your pet's safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. If they become sick or injured, I'll contact you immediately, follow your instructions and seek veterinary assistance when necessary. I'll make sure to keep you updated and provide your vet's details or an emergency contact with any information they need!!
