About Elle
I have always had a strong love for animals and have gained experience caring for both dogs and cats over the years. I previously had a Bernese Mountain Dog who sadly passed away this year, and caring for him gave me a lot of hands-on experience and taught me how important patience, responsibility and compassion are when looking after animals. I have also completed my Certificate II in Animal Care at TAFE, where I developed practical knowledge and skills in animal handling, care and wellbeing. Alongside my studies, I have had years of experience dog and cat sitting for family, friends and others, which has helped me become confident and responsible when caring for different animals.

What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Their age, breed, temperament, feeding routine, exercise needs, any medications or health conditions, and how they behave around other animals and people.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I’ll spend the agreed booking time with your pet, making sure they get the attention, exercise, food and care they need. I’ll also make sure they are settled and comfortable before I leave.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I would contact you straight away, assess the situation and follow your instructions. If it was an emergency, I would seek veterinary care immediately and keep you updated throughout.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Elles pet care! accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Elles pet care! cancels, you're always refunded in full.
