I’m a dog lover in Melbourne’s western suburbs, ready to spend some quality time sniffing and strolling with your pup!! What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Although I don’t need to know, a little bit of information about their age, temperament, sociability and habits will definitely help me to give your pup the best experience!

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

I’m more than happy to spend anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour with your pup walking or running around, as well as settling them back in at home afterwards!

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

Of course my first port of call will be you! Then depending on the situation, severity and your wishes we can head to the vet or straight home!!

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Em’s Dog Care! accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Em’s Dog Care! cancels, you're always refunded in full.
