How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
It’s up to you. Either of us can stay with your pet as well.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I will take your pet to the vet after confirming it with you.

How many pets are in your care at once?
Not more than 3.
How and when will you update me during the booking?
Always. You can follow my activity, and I can share with you upon return my Apple watch data.

Cancellation policy
Moderate
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Ersan & Ingrid accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If Ersan & Ingrid cancels, you're always refunded in full.
