I’m a dog lover. Back in my home in Mexico I own 4 dogs. 3 lovely little west highland white terrier, and one gorgeous Bernese mountain, so I know how to work with different breads and sizes. What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Please let me know if the dog is aggressive or not sociable with people or other animals, as I don't have experience handling that

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

We can agree on the time or the distance depending on what works best for you.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

If something happens, I'll contact you immediately. If I can't reach you, I'll take your pet to the nearest vet clinic or the emergency vet, and keep trying to reach you the whole time. If you have a preferred vet, just let me know beforehand and I'll go there first.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Esteban dog lover accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Esteban dog lover cancels, you're always refunded in full.
