What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Please share your dog's basic routine, feeding schedule, and any medical needs or allergies. If I'll be walking and potentially running with them, I'd love to know their energy level, leash habits, and any triggers (like bikes, loud noises, or other dogs). For house sitting and daily visits, please let me know if they have any separation anxiety or specific household quirks I should prepare for!

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Farzad's pet care accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Farzad's pet care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
