What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Age, temperament, any medication and quirks i should be aware of.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
Depends on needs but 30min to an hr, unless house sitting with dog.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Notify you, call vet emergency for advice abd take them based on advice. I do have a good judgement call and would use discretion for emergencies.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Floofy Friends by HK accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Floofy Friends by HK cancels, you're always refunded in full.
