About Francesca
Hi, I'm Francesca! I'm Italian, living in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, and I grew up in Milan with Noe, our energetic Border Collie. Growing up with such a smart, active dog taught me how much exercise, structure and attention pets really need, and how to read their moods and keep them happy. I work in luxury fashion retail, where trust, reliability and attention to detail are everything, and I bring the same care to every pet I look after. I'll follow your routine to the letter (feeding, walks, meds, little quirks) and send you photos and updates so you never have to wonder how they're doing. Calm, patient and always on time. What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Their age, temperament, daily routine (meals, walks, sleep), any health issues or medication, and how they are with other dogs, people and kids. Also any fears or habits, like pulling on the lead or hating thunderstorms.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
30 min to 3/4 hours
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
You'll hear from me straight away. If it's urgent, I head to your vet or the nearest emergency clinic and stay by your pet's side until it's sorted.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Fra accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Fra cancels, you're always refunded in full.
