What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Before confirming our first booking, I would love getting to know your pet's unique personality and daily routine! It is incredibly helpful for me to know their exact age, overall temperament, and how they typically react to other animals or strangers. Please also share any specific medical needs, or favorite comfort items so I can make them feel completely comfortable.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
Every standard booking includes a minimum of 15 minutes of focused care and companionship. This time is completely tailored to what your pet loves most—whether that means an energetic run in a park, a fun playtime session, or just some cozy one-on-one cuddle time. I always make sure they are completely settled, calm, and happy before I head out. Walking time varies depending on booking selection.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Your pet's safety and well-being are my absolute top priorities. If I notice any signs of illness or injury, I will contact you immediately to discuss the next steps. In the event of an urgent emergency, I will head straight to your preferred local veterinarian or the nearest 24/7 animal hospital while keeping you updated every single step of the way.

Cancellation policy

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Furry Footprints accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If Furry Footprints cancels, you're always refunded in full.
